These Weighted Vests are a similar design to the large vests but due to their smaller size hold 16Kg. The weights are easliy adjusted in 1Kg increments from 1Kg to 16Kg.

Made from high quality 100% Cordura nylon fabric and designed to provide maximum performance and range of movement whilst minimising body coverage to prevent heat fatigue.

Also features 2 pockets for iPod, keys, cards, cash etc. Supplied with 7Kg of weight. Extra weights are available at a discounted rate when purchased at the same time as your Weighted Vest.
