This package is quite unique. Not only does it include a blue 65cm, anti-burst Fitness Ball and hand pump but you also get a stability base. The stability base provides a stable platform so the ball resists rolling around...perfect for novices or people learning new moves on the ball prior to tackling the full movement.
Another use for the ball and base is for parents with babies who are difficult to settle. The little darlings only ever seem content when you're standing and walking around, don't they? Settling your baby at 3am is much easier when you're sitting on a ball, gently bouncing, confident that the stability base prevents you from rolling off the ball. (Personally tested by us and our friends. It works!!!!).
